The Rusticators stage is an intimate house concert stage located in Peterborough’s East City near the historic Lift Locks. We comfortably seat an audience of 35 for a magically beautiful listening room experience.
Designed and built by owners and hosts Trevor Hesselink and Victoria Yeh, the home was conceived to be both a live-work space, and a community gathering space where neighbours, friends and colleagues can share ideas, inspiration, music and more.
This stage is dedicated in loving memory to Herm and Jane Hesselink, who founded the “Rusticators Outdoors Club” for kids in Peterborough. In the spirit of our family’s continuing commitment to our planet, our home was built to Passive House sustainability standards.
